The best (most convenient) time for traveling in Sicily are April, May, June and as well September and October. Summer is pretty hot and dry, winter is mild and wet. During winter time, it's pretty cold in the mountain region (Etna) and there is also snow.

Attention: The weather diagram below (in German only, unfortunately) shows the figures from Palermo and Palermo is at the Northeast cost. Red are the max. temperatures during the day, black the min. temperatures during the night, yellow the sun hours, turquoise the number of rainy days and blue the water temperatures.
